Italy Café got its roots in the Italian kitchens of Sicily and NY. We began at the earliest age; cleaning floors and waiting tables. It was important to learn the right way, from the bottom up. We believe that offering our customers the proper services, cleanliness, and fresh ingredients are the steps in developing a successful restaurant.
